The music video for "Liquor/Zero" was directed by Brown. On Auga few images from the music video shoot were released online. Mike Pizzo of Las Vegas Weekly praised his sound, but was not thrilled towards its lyrical content saying "it’s hard not to nod your head to the cheesy ’80s grooves of “ Fine by Me” or “Zero,” even if the message is endlessly eye rolling." Jesse Cataldo of Slant Magazine praised the song saying that "“Zero” similarly has a pretty good neo-disco aesthetic, with warm synth washes and some genial Vocoder noodling, things that remind works from Daft Punk's Random Access Memories". Marcus Dowling of HipHopDX said that the song and "No Filter", another song from Royalty, "pack in all of the aforementioned Rodgers’ chugging grooves from Chic’s “ Good Times,” David Bowie’s “ Let’s Dance” and Daft Punk’s “ Get Lucky” into one production". AllMusic editor Andy Kellman called the song a "disco-funk throwback replete with talkbox", noting some irony in writing, recording, and releasing a song bragging about not thinking of an ex. "Zero" received positive reviews from music critics. RCA does not give attribution for the song's artwork. ![]() The layout is practically identical with only minor variations such as skin tone. The cover artwork is similar to artwork used in the 1985 manga City Hunter. Some critics speculated that the lyrics were dedicated to Brown's ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran. Lyrically, in the song Brown sings about how he does not care about his break up with his ex-girlfriend, as he sings, "Ask how many nights I've been thinking of you, zero". A factor that is reminiscent of Daft Punk songs is the presence of a robotic voice edited with the vocoder in some parts of the song. The funk elements are heard in the bass line and in the rhythm of the electric guitar in the chorus. The song was compared by some critics to the work of American band Chic and French electronic music duo Daft Punk. 'Deuces' was the lead single from Chris Brown's first collaboration with Tyga, the 'Fan Of A Fan' mix tape, and the track also featured American rapper Kevin McCall."Zero" is a disco- funk song. 'Yeah 3X' comes from Chris Brown's fourth studio album 'F.A.M.E' and we can't get enough of its electronic synths and uptempo beat. Sampling Michael Jackson's 'Earth Song', Chris Brown doesn't hide the fact he takes inspiration from the King of Pop and the music video for 'She Ain't You' is dedicated to the man himself. This 2012 single from his 'Fortune' album is another upbeat track from Chris Brown with plenty of electro. Here Breezy is joined by Lil Wayne, a regular collaborator, and Swizz Beatz, who also produced the track. Some of his best tracks came before the millennium and 'I Can Transform Ya' is just one. Although it starts slowly with an R&B edge it builds into fast-paced track with distorted vocals and a pumping bass. Produced by Benny and Alle Benassi 'Don't Wake Me Up' is one of Chris Brown's best dance tracks. Nicki Minaj features on 'Love More', again released in 2013, and the track is packed with everything that we love about Breezy: his moves, lyrics and rhythm. You can spot some of those signature MJ moves in the music video too. ![]() 'Fine China' was the first single from Breezy's 'X' album and the single was made as a tribute to Michael Jackson with the singer tweeting #tributetoMJ at its release in 2013. Tyga joins Chris Brown for another fierce collab for 'Loyal', but this time Lil Wayne joins in too. Was this a hint of the collaborations to come?
